Yoga on the Beach

Found a Yoga class this morning which meets from 8 to 9am on the beach just 5 minutes walk away. Amazing - had to keep saying to myself 'I'm on a beach on the Pacific, under palm trees with Pelicans flying overhead, doing Yoga'! There were a couple of poses new to me which were a bit challenging but the instructor was very good and I loved it when, as we were lying in relaxation, he stood behind each one of us and wafted incense (tip for you El.M

:) - very Eat, Pray, Love. Have a Whale Watching Trip booked for tomorrow which I'm looking forward to. Hope we spot some. Last time I went on one off Boston we got a two glimpses of a Fin Whale after 3 hours freezing to death. At least here it shouldn't be too cold - famous last words!
